Thank you for shopping with Kyra Lumen. This Shipping Policy explains how your order will be processed, shipped, and delivered.

PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

SHIPPING

We currently offer FREE shipping on all orders.

Estimated delivery times:

• United Kingdom: 7–20 business days
• United States: 7–20 business days
• Canada: 7–20 business days
• France: 7–20 business days
• Belgium: 7–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, weather conditions, peak seasons, or other circumstances beyond our control.

SHIPPING METHOD

Orders are shipped through trusted third-party logistics providers and postal carriers.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, when available.

TRACKING INFORMATION

Tracking information may take several days to become active after shipment.

Please note that a temporary lack of tracking updates does not necessarily indicate a problem with your order.

 

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

For international shipments outside the United Kingdom, customs duties, import taxes, or other fees may apply depending on the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Kyra Lumen is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

 

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

Kyra Lumen cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may be required before reshipment.

 

DELAYED OR LOST PACKAGES

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

While Kyra Lumen is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or circumstances beyond our control, we will make reasonable efforts to help locate and resolve delivery issues whenever possible.
