Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be in its original condition.

  • Include the original packaging, accessories, manuals, and any accompanying documentation.

We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount if the item has been handled beyond what is necessary to inspect its nature, characteristics, and functionality.

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, improper handling, or accidental damage.

  • Products returned outside the applicable return period.

  • Products that are missing essential parts not due to our error.

All returns must be authorized before being sent back.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when returning an item due to a change of mind.

If the item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect, we will cover the reasonable return shipping costs or provide an appropriate solution.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

 

Currency

All refunds are issued in British Pounds (GBP).

Any currency conversion fees or exchange rate variations applied by your payment provider are outside our control.

 

Exchanges

We accept exchanges where applicable.

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item and require a replacement, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible and preferably within 48 hours of delivery. Please include photographs of the product and packaging so we can assess the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
